1. Eligibility for Refunds
Nexagoods offers refunds for eligible products within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Digital products or services that have been fully delivered
  • Products purchased on clearance or as part of a special promotion

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. If your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

4. Return Shipping
