Nexagoods offers subscription-based services that automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually) unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. By subscribing, you agree to the automatic renewal of your plan and authorize Nexagoods to charge your payment method accordingly.
2. Renewal Notifications
We will send you a notification via email before your subscription is set to renew, reminding you of the upcoming charge. This gives you the opportunity to review your subscription and make any necessary changes.
3. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions. If you cancel before the renewal date, your subscription will not renew, and you will continue to have access to the services until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Refunds for Renewals
Once a subscription has renewed, it is non-refundable. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, please cancel it before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
5. Updating Payment Information
It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date. If we are unable to process your payment due to an expired card or insufficient funds, we will attempt to contact you to update your payment details. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your subscription.
6. Changes to Subscription Plans
Nexagoods reserves the right to modify our subscription plans, including pricing and features, at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the option to continue with the updated plan or cancel your subscription.
